Light, Bright and Minimal London House

This Edwardian house is the home of Architect James MacDonald and his family. It is the result of a year long renovation project. I love the flooring from Dinesen and the roof light in the kitchen is a fantastic idea.

Beautiful House…Beautiful Table Settings

I always think that Scandinavian’s and in my own experience Norwegians in particular lay the most beautiful tables for any feast, these images from Marie Friis Blog show some snapshots of her house and demonstrate those beautiful table settings so well. I’m off to source as many jam jars and glass bottles as I can as they make such lovely vases!

Ned’s Cottage

This is a great cottage, unexpectedly located in Dulwich, South London. It dates back to the 17th Century  and has a contemporary and open plan interior you wouldn’t expect when viewing  its traditional exterior.
