Some of the rooms ( actually all of them!) are in need of a fresh coat of paint so I’ve been browsing through Farrow and Ball’s 2012 colours for some insipration. Here is a selection of the 2012 colours… I love the pigeon and the incardine combination.

I needed a quick project and found a great hat pattern by Kate Davies called ‘Peerie Flooers’ I loved the bright cheery colours and fresh pattern but I fancied a bold star top to my hat so I combined two patterns together and this is the end result:

Today was an indoor activities kind of day, our youngest and I decided it would be fun to make play dough.We found a great recipe from How Does She? Blog. It was easy to make, and amused the boy for ages….success!

Gosh I had a blogging break over the summer months last year and never returned! Family and work life took up a lot of my time (in a good way, lots of fun things were going on) So now i’ve decided it’s time to start blogging again…I’ve got lots of ideas and inspirations to share with you

We are still waiting for summer to arrive here….it was so bad last week we had to dig out the winter woolies. Hats and scarves in July!?
